Manual billing and plan status
Phase 1 uses a manual payment path instead of Stripe. Users can review current status, submit billing requests, and route upgrade conversations through support.
Sign in required
Authentication is required to show account-specific plan and credit data. The manual billing route is in place, but the request form is available after sign-in.
Current status
Sign in to view live plan status, credits, and any synchronized subscription state.
Manual payment flow
- User opens Billing and selects a request type.
- Support sends invoice or payment instructions outside the app.
- Admins review the submitted payment evidence, then approve or reject it from the admin queue.
- The next billing status refresh unlocks premium features and updated balances.
This keeps upgrade messaging aligned with a manual rollout while preserving visible plan and credit state in the product.
Billing history
Manual payment request history is available below through the current billing API. Full invoice records, payment reconciliation details, and credit-ledger line items can be added here as future backend expansions.
